We partner with strong, existing non-profit and co-operative operators to invest in or acquire multi-family affordable rental housing, focusing on the thirty largest metropolitan markets in Canada. Our extensive experience allows us to structure partnerships that are customized to our partners’ needs, while also creating lasting community benefit.
We provide structured equity to help community partners in three different ways:
- Fill equity gap to complete or acquire a project
- Provide additional equity to expand project
- Invest to allow community partners to take equity out of a stabilized project to fund more future projects
